MBD and MTN **** accounts

Some 5months back I had mtn debiting money off my account with out me even having an mtn contract/account .Went into mtn Long Beach the gent was very helpful we found out that an account had been opened in my name (****** identity) I sent mtn the necessary affidavits etc left it thought all had been sorted out . UNTIL MDB INC has been rashing me saying I owe them /mtn money for this **** account.I then sent all the info and affidavit to MBD and guess what no response but sms messages daily saying I owe them money I call in and the useless staff either put their phone down or can never ever sort it !! WHERE TO FROM HERE IF YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO THIS COMPANY! Pathetic and annoying!
