Mbd and homechoice clear my name

Homechoice sent the paper work to mbd so that they can remove my name from blacklist.... 10 years of my life suffered because of a mistake tat was made by homechoice driver and now this year only they cleared my name the damage is already done and mbd is taking they own time to remove me and this people don't understand my life can not have any growth because of this stupid mistake.... Can my name be clear nowwwww
