MBD and FNB collaboration

<div>MBD attorneys act as collecting agents on behalf of FNB. It's bad enough that FNB have been so pathetic in assisting their customers who lost their jobs during this pandemic, now they have collecting agents who are just down right rude! I have been explaining to the agent at MBD that I received another email in December to pay another collecting agent so can they please stop calling me. Instead of clarifying the situation by calling FNB to confirm he just basically told me to do what I want. I musnt tell him how to do his job. I was rude yes because I cannot pay 2 people.for 1 account. It's disgusting how you can be a good paying customer for 16 years and for 2 years due to a pandemic you lose your job twice and encounter difficulties to pay and FNB treats you like the biggest outcast! PATHETIC!!!</div>
