MBD and FNB ****?

MBD a debt collection company for First National Bank. Starting to feel like I got ****med by MBD and a lady by the name of Maria. I paid up my debt on the 17 September 2025 and to date after more than 20 calls I still have not received my paid up letter. Nor have they sorted out with FNB that there was a discount arrangement. If I call FNB they say their legal department does not have a telephone number I must email FNB Legal. Is this how on going clients get treated once you get you money FNB???
