MBD and Experian *******ion on Non Existant Debt

MBD has listed a Prescribed Debt against my name. They say I owe R16500 on the debt and they say I am supposed to be paying R16500 a week for that debt. They have been sending sms's regarding the debt addressed to Sphiwe, which isn't my name. Experian is in tandem with them because Transunion and XDS have removed the debt, whereas they say I must talk to MBD.

As a feedback, I have been sent a statement by MBD that shows that the debt is clearly prescribed and does not match the amount listed at Experian. It needs to be removed immediately, as it is ******* to collect on a prescribed debt. MBD has listed themselves as the credit provider, which is also ******* as I don't have a credit agreement with MBD. Credit bureaus list NCR compliant credit agreements. MBD, PLEASE REMOVE THE PRESCRIBED DEBT FROM MY NAME IMMEDIATELY.
