MBD and Counterpoint debt collectors

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service provided by Counterpoint Debt Collection. After making a payment to settle my account, I expected a smooth process of having my credit profile updated with the relevant credit bureaus. However, Counterpoint has utterly failed in this regard.

Despite my efforts to ensure everything was in order, Counterpoint has not communicated effectively with MBD to update my payment status. As a result, my credit profile still reflects unpaid debts, even though I have fulfilled my obligations.

I contacted the credit bureau to verify if they had received the updates from MBD, only to find out that no updates had been made on their end. This lack of action from MBD is perplexing and completely unacceptable.

I have been patient, waiting well beyond the promised 21 days for my credit profile to be updated. Yet, I continue to face obstacles due to Counterpoint's incompetence and negligence.

It is incomprehensible to me why MBD would choose to partner with such an inept debt collector. This experience has been frustrating and has undoubtedly impacted my financial standing.

I urgently need this matter resolved and my credit profile updated accordingly. I strongly advise against using Counterpoint Debt Collection services, as they have proven to be unreliable and ineffective in handling debt settlements.
