MBD and Cellc Horrible service

Ill mannered people. Thx to Hello Peter I have gotten my cellc contract canceled with immediate effect. Best service. But now since Cellc has deducted money from my husbands account for 3 months after it was canceled (which they did not do on their end). MY HUSBAND reversed 2 payments... Cellc has given me over to MBD... Trying to talk to the people we get phones dropped into our ears from rude ill mannered people. They wont help us... Just told me to Sort it out with cellc myself.
