MBD AGENTS STRIKE AGAIN.

Once again MBD,

We lock horns.

Today, one of your pathetically unprofessional and totally rude agents calls me at 11h00.

Keeping in mind that one of your agents called me last week friday Am, I was driving at the time and asked that they call back in the afternoon. That afternoon, they call back, I answer and I can hear the background noise of the other side of the call, but no response was received. Eventually the call was ended from whomever placed the call.

Coming back to todays absolutely hideous caller though, she starts going through the usual bulldust that all of your agents are told to go through. Then when I ask that this call be continued at a later time this afternoon, she decides to take it on herself and badger me about why I cannot take the call a that time, why I dont phone back and a whole manner of other questions - but doesnt give me her name.

Let me put it into a context that YOU - MBD - MIGHT UNDERSTAND.

I was at THAT time on site at a PETROCHEMICALS plant. I was about to go into a meeting with the CEO of said PLANT. According to OHASA, I MAY NOT BE ON MY PHONE. FOR THE SAFETY OF MYSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE ON THAT SITE.

SO I DO APOLOGIZE to YOUR PATHETIC AGENT FOR NOT UNDERSTANDING THE SITUATION I WAS IN.

NOW.......is MBD GOING TO TAKE ACTION or NOT?
