Received a call from MBD to settle amount outstanding on my Loan Account, Account was settled & closed in Feb, till today have not received a letter stipulating the account is paid off & closed. Back & forth between the bank & MBD & literally no help at all. this is affecting my credit score!!!!!! MBD stipulates the account is paid off & closed yet the bank says otherwise.. PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
