I sent documents to MBD on the 7th January for a refund of the Capitec account I paid more that I owe them because they are lacking when it come to communication when I called them they confirmed that they recieved documents.Everytime I call and mention refund they drop the call then if I am lucky to get hold of them they will email the team leader last time I called I spoke to Nqobile
