MBD

I'm sharing this horrible experience we have been having to deal with on a daily basis. I am employed by Atlas Finance, A client had come into our branch and needed assistance however he had an account with MBD and we called them trying to get assistance with them in order to help the client and consistently for almost 2 months after numerous attempts of informing them that we need to get our number removed from the system as we are a business they refuse to assist and every time we are told it will be done.

I have informed Gloria i will be submitting a formal complaint to Hello Peter as we have nothing to do with the client and they are aware of it even after numerous times informing them about us not having the client working for us they bluntly contact us on a daily basis with the knowledge that the client was one of our clients months ago and not caring about the fact that we are a business.
