Good day,

I have noticed on my account that I am being charged every time that you call me.

I am being harassed at all hours of the day even though my payments are up to date. Why am I being charged for unnecessary calls!!!! I would also like for you to send me a consolidation of my account as well as my settlement.

I have been in contact with Direct Axis and the amount handed over by them and the amount that you have are not the same. I have tried to contact you multiple times but I have still not received a response! Please advise.
