Horrific and terrible service. I cannot believe this is a registered company . Firstly you cannot get through to there land lines and all there staff seem to be helpful but nothing ever gets done .

I had a an outstanding credit card which I was not aware of but besides that I made the payment to correct the problem and I had made this payment in November 2021 and it is now the 28 th of March 2022 and I have still not received a payed up letter and now it is affecting my personal credit score .

Please be aware of this company as they do not care about your personal needs and do not care about helping out . My next solution is to go to there offices directly and hope and pray for someone to help you and clear up your name by giving you a separate simple payed up letter .

I am so frustrated , upset and quite frankly angry at the situation.
