On the 23rd of January 2023 I received a call from Busisiwe Tshabalala from MBD . She informed me of a discount on the account *** She informed me that i will receive a paid up letter once i have sent them a proof of payment . I paid and sent them a proof of payment . I have been trying to get the paid up letter from them to date. I have been made to confirm my email address numerous times today i requested for the recordings of the calls and they have not been provided
