This company is really useless. For the last month I have asked them to take off my landline number at my work place and that they must phone me on my cellphone or via email. They have told me that they took my work number off their system and they never did. They phone me like 3 to 4 TIMES a day at my work place and they are getting me in trouble. Secondly they tell me every time that I owe money to Virgin Active but I have never had an Virgin Active Account in my life. They keep on harassing a person. I wish they can employ people that know how to do their work and that can talk nicely to people because the ones that are working there now don't know what they are doing

Thank you very much. Because I am really getting tired of this now. They phoned me twice again today and when I told the lady to stop phoning me on my landline she started getting arrogant and I did tell her that they are useless and then she started getting smart and telling me to please spell useless. So yes I am really at the edge now. And I also told them that they must give me proof of that I have a contract with Virgin Active because I have never had an account with them. And they said that they cant give me proof
