The worst collection attorneys ever! I settled my account more than a two ago. I had to phone the credit bureau to find out that my account has not been updated. No paid up letter. Infact, I had to called them to notify them about the account. They made to attempt to call me at all. Their call center agent constantly place me hold and the calls go to voicemail line. I don't know how people can do business with such an unorganized company?
