MBD

Without prejudice. for the last couple of week, I have received multiple SMSes and phone calls. I have been shouted at, sworn at and challenged. It has gotten to a point where I am near a heart attack because it infuriates me, I used to pride myself in being calm and keeping a cool head. I have pointed out that S126B of the National Credit Act states that they cannot collect prescribed debt, I have asked them for their Debt Collecting registration numbers which they don't provide (this could be because there are three active listings on the register at the Council for Debt Collectors). I am tired of this, I am at ropes' end with MBD in any of its incarnations.
