MBD

MBD is a very ********* company, the ombudsman states that no debt collector is allowed to call on public holidays, and only between set time etc, but when I got a call this morning which is a public holiday I'm told they are allowed to call , son itherwords break the rules of the debt councilor board or ombudsman? My wife and inhave been unemployed since april last 2019 and we have explained to them that during this lockdown we are not able to generate an income so cant pau anything at the moment but the are still are abusive and very unprofessional and dow right inhuman. I have lodged a complaint with the relevant ombudsman as well due to the fact that no matter how many people complain nothing ever seems to happen even though they are in violation of the rules.
