I got a rcs game account I got behind because I was retrenched last year so I got behind but I recently started to work again and started paying my account again and made arrangements to pay my account in full which I did and called mbd again for a paid up letter they said they would send me one via email but I'm waiting for over a week now I send mails which the emails did not go through sometimes I called and waited for ever to be help please can you help me
