This is the worst company to exist.

I have two prescribed accounts with them.

Firstly, they are stating that their company does not provide prescription letters (only paid-up letters) forcing you from your right of prescription to pay up an account that has prescribed just to get a letter. The one account is Standard bank, they are saying that I have received a summons in November 2022, so this account has not prescribed. I have not received any summons, also the guy is telling me they will send another summons before November this year to interrupt the prescription again!.

I am so sick and tired of this people basically forcing you from your rights as a consumer. all these accounts have been removed from my credit report and yet they are still forcing me on making payments. This is not right.

I want my prescription letters, it is my right to receive them
