Markham Prescription Letter

I have been trying to get the prescription letter from MBD for about a month now. I have sent an email requesting the letter and have also sent follow up emails but there seems to be no form of adequate assistance. The MBD consultants are rude and dismissive and every time I call them they just say I should send an email, even though I have sent countless emails. Its a disgrace to know that some companies have non functional departments with employees who lack compassion for their clients and who seem to not respect their brand judging by the arrogance their consultants display during calls. By law I have the right to receive a payed up letter or a prescription letter upon request and denying your clients that right by dilly dallying around is unprofessional and unacceptable even the credit providers that MBD buys these debts from are disappointed because we do call them as well.
