Markham account settled

I have had numerous emails accusing me of non payment even after I have settled my account with Markham. I have tried resolving this telephonically but to no avail. I have confirmed with tfg that this account has been closed and paid in full and sent proof of payment to Mbd. My last email with proof of payment was sent on 19 May at 11:43am. I have yet to receive a response or letter of settlement and profile on itc still reflects as outstanding. Does a person really have to resort to taking these matters to this type of site/public platform in order to get someone to actually do something? <br>
