Lying and *********

I recently made an arrangement with them for my account to be debited on the 2nd March 2019. I was assured by 2 different people it won’t be debited before that. I even received an email stating my account will be debited on the 2nd. Guess what, it’s all lies. I deposited funds in my account today for my child’s school fees debit order to go off tonight and they immediately deducted it. They are bunch of lying and ********* people. I was even told I can’t pay cash at the store and have to pay via debit order. Even that was a lie.
