I made an arrangement with NSFAS to pay the monthly debt through a debit order which goes off my account every month for the past three years, out of nowhere I receive an SMS Now claiming my loan account has been handed over for collection yet I have monthly proof of payment since.
why does NSFAS have to go through attorneys when I made an agreement with them for payment and I'm honoring that? who is benefiting to this collection because I'm paying as they ask me to? what should I do to have this corrected and I deal with NSFAS directly and who authorized my information been handed over when I'm conforming to the required process? this is bull****, I have a contract with NSFAS not MBD. I’m not gonna be harassed by you. I don’t owe you anything. You can go to hell for all I care....sis
