Loan

I was constantly called by people from MBD saying they bought my debt from Capitec and when I ask them to help me with the repayment plan they refuse and say I need to pay 3 consecutive installments. They even put my name at the ITC and paying money on my behalf as if I was paying them to keep the debt active as if I agreed to owing them. Why do they refuse to give me a payment plan letter because I want to give them what they say I owe them.
