letter s of settlement

Good day <br> <br> I spoke to Mbali Simelane on friday the 26/06/2015 as i lost my phone with all the info , i asked her to resend my settlement letter she then promised that she will send it from friday until today , am the one whose calling and she doesn't even take ownership or responsibilities,am tired of calling and holding on for so long. <br> Today when i called thrpugh as a follow up , i spoke to another lady who wanted to transfer me to another department , and i cant keep calling as am using my airtime that i could have used it for other reasons . <br> <br> Kindly foward me the settlement leeters for Capitec, Virgin active X2 and foschini Please <br> <br> <br> Kind regards, <br> Tumi
