Lerato Lekabe from MBD excellent service

This is to put it out there that its not a review to the company but to a specific excellent employee of the company. Her name is Lerato Lekabe and I must say MBD needs more employees like her to grow because she is a star. After struggling with obtaining my paid up letter for more than 2 years finally she happened to be the one picking up my last call when reaching out to MBD. Her service was super amazing, she went an extra mile more than anyone at MBD, to make sure my issue gets resolved in less than 24 hours. She in less than 24 hours managed to resolve an issue that tens if not hundreds of other employees of MBD could not resolve in over 2 years. Her calm demeanor, assurance and commitment to assist was great. I wish the company could employ more like her. She deserves all the credit, any increase, bonus or promotion for her will well justified. Thank you very much Lerato Lekabe.
