Legal firm violating rights - money more important

Where do I start!? I've mbd have taken over my accounts. Records show one has been paid and another an arrangement was made - which I began to pay. A woman then called me and not just **** about not having records of my arrangement but used tactics similar to ******ion (might actually be ******ion) as well as was so rude it was beyond belief. I do believe although I could be wrong that my rights were violated. I tried frantically to contact them via means of the website, email and calling - no answer... I still however have been harassed on a very regular basis and everytime I voice my complaint about this they say that they will make a note and give me an email address or number to message - but still no reply. This has been going on for months. No one seems to help and no superior calls me back even upon request. I have been rude to a couple times after that and was even told that my payment of my account is more important than my rights. All this coming from a legal firm. Ignoring a direct complaint about a human rights violation. That is pathetic and legal services like that should be **** down!!! It is pathetic that just on this forum there is so many complaints similar and this firm still operates - how is this possible. I do believe that this needs to be taken to the press and the the law enforcement services need to do an investigation. How can anything be more important than ones human rights (that is in violation of local and international law) all this from legal firm... What else is going on. That lies under surface? What other I fringing of rights and laws are going on daily and frequently? And yet edcon, Woolworths and standard bank (to name a few) use them. These complaints need to be sent to them as they support an legal form that doesn't care about rights - just money. It's mortifying!! I know that they still might not even contact me now. But my main mission is to let the public and press know about a legal firm that cares not about the law but only money and make this news public and get an investigation done.
