Legal company that has no level of professionalism!

Dealing with your staff has been a terrible experience. Your staff are rude and have no telephone etiquette! They also cut the call as they feel! WOW. Understandably they are working from home, but does that mean that there is no link between them and their managers! so who is supervising the staff? especially the ones working under supervision as required by law. I have asked for a manager on several occasions and get back the same generic response that they are working from home so they cannot speak to their manager? You send me incorrect letters, that is still in template format? for a legal company I would expect better and a minimal level of professionalism at the very least. I will be writing up this company.
