LEGAL ACTION AGAINST MBD

CAN THIS COMPANY PLEASE BE CLOSED DOWN! They have the worst customer service in the world and a lot of people have bad credit scores because of them. They harassed me for the longest time to pay for my credit card, when i do, i cant even get a paid up letter from them. it has been 2 months now and i still haven't received my paid up letter. you have to call back a thousand times just to get through to a consultant and they themselves are useless. I will be taking the legal route because this account is negatively affecting my credit score and holding me back from doing a lot of things.
