I have been handed over for my MTN account, and my outstanding amount, is now more than it was in 2019, even though I have been making payments regularly. I have requested a comprehensive statement of account a numerous times, and to date, have not received same. what do I need to do, to get a statement of account? I have also been called in regard to two other people, and have no clue who they are, as well as sms's. advising them to have to remove me from their profiles, is a waste of time, still get calls and messages continuously... Frustrated with these attorneys that have no work ethic.

05 May 2021, 09:44It is now the 5th of May 2021, and I have not received a statement of account, however, i am still getting calls and SMS's. surely there must be some way of getting somebody to respond. This is extremely unprofessional.
