<p>can I at this point urge all members of the public being mistreated by debt collection agencies operating under the names and banners of law firms i.e MBD Attorneys, Easton Berry attorneys to report these firms to the Law Societies of the provinces that they practice in.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is totally unacceptable that attorneys theses collections agencies are run under law firms yet they flout the ethical principles applying to the field of law. take your query up with the directors of the firm and should you not get a response, lodge your complaint with the Credit Ombud, should you not be assisted there please approach the law society.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manner in which these firms practice the law is unacceptable and should ultimately be brought to the attention of the law society. </p>
