Lack of support

Per MBD's own online portal, my WW reddit card was paid up in 2016 but yet you continue to take payment.

Your phone number *** does not work nor do i receive any response when send you an email. I was told back in 2016 I'd receive a confirmation letter confirming the account is paid and closed but nothing was ever received.

I need the direct debit stopped.
