Lack of respect

<p>My name is Purity, I owe virgin active reference ********** ********** 16 which I was mislead to join by a virgin active consultant, account was handed over to MBD due to being unemployed, this lady who is so rude just called me now 16/12/2016 at 12:30, wouldn't let me speak nor listen to me. I tell her I'm unemployed and she says it doesn't mean I shouldn't pay, then I ask her pay with what and she starts raising her voice saying I shouldn't be asking her that question, ended hanging up as she wouldn't let me talk. I know I owe and I would pay if I had a job but I'm jobless, shouting at me won't help in any way. With such attitude I doubt I would have paid even if I had the funds.</p>
