Lack of compliance and *****

Your lack of compliance is beyond me. You guys **** Experian regarding my last payment to an account you have. You say my last payment was in 2019 which is a lie. I’ve never paid any account and I’ve never spoken to anyone from your call centre. Luckily calls are recorded, I would like a to hear the call and see the proof of payment where i made the payment. That debt is prescribed and you just want to keep it active. Also on clear score there is no proof of payment either.. just mid 2019, all of a sudden there are missed payment
