Know your rights on "Sold" debt to MBD Attorneys - Do not pay them

Dear Victims of MBD Attorneys, Please read this article and take note of your rights. You DO NOT pay prescribed debt to a debt collector like MBD Attorneys.

The Law states that: If the credit provider did not demand payment from you or take legal action then the debt becomes prescribed after 3 years. This means the credit provider cannot take legal action or blacklist you. They simply write off your debt.

MBD then buys the debt from the service provider. Predators and Scavenger's! Surprise, surprise!

National Credit Act in 2015 made it clear that it is ******** for any credit provider or DEBT COLLECTER to try to collect payment on prescribed debt. Sometimes a credit provider will sell the debt to a debt collector who will then contact you demanding payment. This is ********.
