Just don't bother

Cell C duplicated the accounts handed over to MBD for my son. Tried to get it sorted with Ingrid who promised to contact them and phone me back. To date she hasn't even bothered. Phoned Jerusha who also promised to contact them and phone me back. She too hasn't had the courtesy of phoning me back.<br> I will make arrangements to pay back but I don't want to pay two debts. Tried phoning the call centre on numerous occasions but they just put down. How must I sort this out if they don't even answer their phones. Jerusha promised to email me so there is no excuse for bad customer service.
