I’ve been harassed by these agents incessantly! They're all rude unprovoked - I’ve answered them multiple times and they‘re always inaudible worst lines ever. They spam call and some call and drop. I’ve told them that the issue was resolved with the company and to check with them but they want me to pay them because it’s not their problem. Crazy people and starting to think it’s a total **** company no legitimate business can operate with such deplorable customer service - the standards are in hell..
