Judgement on my profile

Capital Data were acting on behalf of their client Virgin Active to put a judgement on my name at the credit bureau. When i discovered a judgement against my name, i made all efforts to pay it off. I eventually paid out the debt in December 2014. I received a letter of full payment from Capital Data on the 06/01/2015 confirming my debt was now fully paid. I then requested Capital Data to remove the judgement on my name at the credit bureau, which they agreed it will be done on the 10th working day. To date the judgement is still appearing on my name even when i Followed up consistently with Lizzie Hlubi at Capital Data. Lizzie Hlubi does not even bother answering my emails at all. This is affecting me negatively as I am not able to move forward.
