I paid a jet acc for my husband in August 2020 October we went to check weather the account was closed to find out that we owing R70 we paid it to close the acc again we went today again to find out the acc is owing R80 we called the call centre they said the account is 00.00 balance now we asked for the account to be closed they say the owner of the account is a woman using my husband's name an that account is my husband even the I'd on the system verify a male how can it be a woman and why is the account handed over weress is been paid up where is the error between u and ur system I need an urgent reply
