Good day

I paid up my Jet account in full via debit order I am still awaiting the paid up letter 7 months later, this debt is showing as bad debt on my credit instead of showing as paid up and closed, I need this letter because I need to make sure that it does not reflect bad on my credit score, please guys, this is so not fair though.

I have sent emails also requesting for this letter but no reply

Please assist with this letter ASAP
