It's Tough Dealing with MBD

I have an account with Directaxis and it was handed over to MBD attorneys. In fact they bought the debt or took over the debt so that they can do the chasing for Directaxis. Now I'm chasing after MBD. I've been paying an agreed amount however last month I decided it will be better to settle the account. Getting a settlement figure is a mission. And I'm getting different information from each person I deal with. I was offered 50% festive season discount and last year on my birthday I was offered the same 50% birthday discount. Now that I've been communicating with them and willing to settle my account they refuse to give me a better discount. I guess better discounts are offered to customers that are not willing to pay. If I don't get better discount within 24 hrs then I will just ignore them. I've stated that my side hustle has been affected by the pandemic. My plan was to settle debts this year. I shall move on.
