Its ilegal not to send monthly statements after you deduct money

I am following up on my emails sent on 15th and 9th October 2024, which have yet to receive a response. I’m reaching out again in hopes of resolving the ongoing issue.

For the past three months, you have been sending SMS notifications containing a link to access my statement, which consistently fails due to an SSL handshake error. The problematic link is based on the following base URL which affects all your clients that you send this sms:

Several individuals I’ve spoken to confirm that the link you’ve been sending via SMS does not work. Please test the notifications, and you’ll see that they are not functioning as intended (not showing the statement).

As a financial institution, it is legally required to provide monthly statements, especially when payments are being made. It is now three months without receiving a working statement, and this needs to be rectified immediately.

I would also like to know if the reputable, listed South African companies you represent are aware that you have exceeded the legal three-month limit for issuing statements. As listed entities, they are legally obligated to ensure that the companies such as MBD they associate with uphold ethical standards and comply with the law.

Stop ignoring my plea! Your immediate attention to fixing the SSL handshake error at the BASE URL of https://www.myaccountsonline.co.za/doc.aspx that is making your monthly statements inaccessible is urgently required.
