its been more than six months and i am still waiting

<p>i was contacted by one of your consultants regarding my oustanding balances. i requested for a settlement letter or to find out how much is it that i'm still owing because everytime i ask after paying every month its the same amount and i'm being told they cannot see how much i owe they can see the estimate. The estimate its always the same every month hence i'm a bit confused. i requested my true reflection balance and i'm still waiting till today. i initally called in and setup the debit order and i was asked if they can track before the payday or not, i requested not to track meaning if my debit order is on the last day of the month you cannot go 5 days prior to my salary date and take the money i will be using for transport. What kind of service is, why do we have to complain to get a good service all the time</p>
