ITC UPDATE

I fully settled my Old mutual accounts in July 2020. I then sent Kabelo Magae, he further confirmed payments has been allocated and the account is closed, the accounts will be sent through to customer services department for ITC Updates. My ITC IS NOT YET UPDATED. I have made numerous calls, spoke to different people(promised to address my query or managers will callback) and sent several emails but still to date, my query is not yet address.
