ITC Profile update

Even though I got a discount to settle my getbuck account, which I paid via debit order. MBD has not closed the account on their side and it is still showing a balance of R153. When I make a dispute with the credit bureau companies to fix this via a pai up letter I received, MBD disputes my profile update and the account is listed again on my profile. This is affecting my profile with an account that I paid more than 4months ago. Can I request that you close the account and send an update to my profile because even when I dispute the account is listed again
