itc

I had an account with truworths that ended up wth mbd i paid it up in full and even recived a paid up letter from mbd on the the 18th of september. i just requested my credit report last week to find out that it was not updated . MBD please!!!! i was told that the Paid up letter took so long for you guys to give it to me because they where updating my itc, but it almost three months now. PLEASE SORT IT OUT!!!!
