Is MBD possible ****mers?

I want to complain about MBD +***0 creditors.It is like they (consaltins, managers and directors) don't know what each is doing. Let's use my personal experience with them.. So I am requesting an updated statement from December 2024, today is 22/02/2025. STILL NO STATEMENT. They are very quick to phone to say they want money but can't even send an statement for months. I think NEDBANK do not know that MBD is denying statements to their customers. It seems to me that MBD is not allocating the payment and that they are pocketing the payments. The reason I came to this conclusion is because 2 other companies contacted me regarding payments recently. The other 2 companies I spoke to were very professional and not giving me any hassles regarding confirmation the person they are speaking to... MBD always wants to make an issue to confirm your personal details.. Funny the banks including NEDBANK always say not to give your personal information out because it can be used to commit *****... But MBD wants everything every time!!!! (so what about my security?)

I am recommending that NEDBANK take there business to a different collection agency seeing that MBD still couldn't even send me a statement!!!
