Irritating constant calls from MBD

This company I really do not know what word to call them. Irritating is understatement. I have been paying them since my foschini acc has been handed over to them but they call like nobody's business. When I ask them what they want from me, they drop the call. They are the first to call me as early at 07:00am. And they are the last to call😡. I have checked my clears ore acc and it shows that my foschini acc is not updated meaning whatever money I pay MBD, Foschini has not received it. Correct me is I'm wrong. I think these people are ****s and they must just stop this nonsense.
