Irritated

I have been informing your agent to not call me on my work number because it is for work purposes but everyday there call on my work number informed them I have a sim problem so I request to communicate via email or WhatsApp but your agents didn’t not do as requested I spoke to Wayksha, Themba hobe and “Megadlina Lema who was extremely rude and was shouting at me” she also refused for me to speak to a manager I would advise action should be taken against Megadlina Lema ASAP-she even dropped the call on me while I was speaking and going on forward my work number should be on the do not contact list or I will be taking legal action against harassment- email and WhatsApp will be highly appreciated as communication since my SIM card has issues at the moment- my email is on the reference number
